In 2019 we started OnSend, an oversize freight carrier servicing big box retailers, delivering to their store networks and direct to consumer. From day one OnSend ran on the platform that would eventually become Hitrak - our dispatchers, our drivers, our customers, all provided feedback from the field, each and every day. OnSend grew quickly by leveraging this proprietary technology, and achieved tens of thousands of 5-star reviews, proving out the platform in a real operation.

Other carriers saw how we operated and started asking about the software, about its availability. That's when it clicked that the real opportunity wasn't running one carrier better (our own) - it was giving every carrier the same advantage.

Building inside a live operation changes what you build. Features earn their place by surviving contact with real freight... rural runs with no coverage, customers who want their POD now, a dispatch board at 5am. Anything that didn't help got cut - by the people who had to use it that day.

That's what we mean by built by freight people, for freight people. It's not a slogan. It's the development process, proving the value of software to oursleves, before sharing that with the industry.
